Ingredients
- 1 (16-ounce) package HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Thick Cut Bacon
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 cup finely chopped PLANTERS® Limited Edition Kettle Cooked Butter Cinnamon pecans
Directions
- Heat oven to 400°. Lay bacon on wired rack on top of rimmed baking sheet lined with foil. Bake 30 minutes or until crispy.
- In small saucepan over medium heat add sugars and water. Cook 3 to 4 minutes or until syrup consistency. Add chopped pecans to syrup; stir. Carefully spoon nut mixture onto each piece of bacon. Let cool for 5 minutes.
