 S’mores Bars

Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 6 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows, divided
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 8 cups sweetened graham cereal
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 (5.5-ounce) bag PLANTERS® Toasted Marshmallow Hot Chocolate Cashews, coarsely chopped and divided

Directions

  1. Lightly spray 9 x 13-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In large saucepan, over low heat, melt butter. Add 5 1/2 cups marshmallows. Stir until completely melted. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla.
  3. Gradually add in cereal; stirring until well coated. Fold in the remaining 1 cup marshmallows, chocolate chips and 1 cup chopped cashews.
  4. Using rubber spatula, press mixture into prepared pan. Gently press remaining cashew pieces on top.
  5. Cool to room temperature. Cut into bars.
