Ingredients
- 1 (8-ounce) bag corn puffs
- 1 cup PLANTERS® dry roasted peanuts
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 250°F. In roasting pan, combine corn puffs and peanuts.
- In medium saucepan over medium-high heat, bring butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup to a boil. Cook, stirring, 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat; stir in baking soda until mixture foams.
- Pour over corn puff mixture and toss well using rubber spatulas. Bake 45 minutes, stirring every 10 to 15 minutes.
- Spread on waxed paper to cool. Break apart and store in an airtight container.
