Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breast tenders (about 1-pound)
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 (5-ounce) bag PLANTERS® Nut Duos Buffalo Cashews & Ranch Almonds, finely chopped
  • Cayenne pepper sauce, for dipping

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 425°F. Line baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray.
  2. In bowl, combine chicken breast tenders and ranch dressing to coat.
  3. In shallow dish, place flour. In another shallow dish, beat eggs and water. In third shallow dish, place nuts. Coat chicken with flour; dip into egg mixture, then coat with nuts. Place on prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, turning once, until chicken is no longer pink in center and coating is golden brown. Serve with dipping sauce.
